After a productive idea storming session, you'll find yourself faced with a myriad of ideas. The challenge now is to discern the gems from the multitude. At this point, it is important to continue working with the same team who developed the solution ideas.

Transition the team into an evaluative mindset, as this shift can be challenging after the excitement of idea generation. Consider altering the workspace layout to signify a change in phase and engage participants with a game if possible. Prior to evaluation, create an idea display akin to a trade show or exhibition, facilitating visibility for all ideas. You can utilize all walls, whiteboards or tables.

Later take the time to ensure comprehension and assimilation of the ideas among team members, encouraging questions to clarify any uncertainties.
