Create a Value Proposition Canvas for Each Persona and Solution Pair

The Value Proposition Canvas comprises two sections: one detailing the targeted audience's need and the other outlining the solution concept. When these sections are integrated, you can assess the extent to which the solution aligns with the need.

Begin by filling out the section concerning the targeted need. Document what the target audience aims to achieve, along with their specific gains and pains related to your innovation topic. If you've created personas, you've already defined these aspects. If not, you can complete this section by following instructions in the relevant tool. When completing the section about the solution idea, outline its characteristics, the gains it offers to the user, and the pains it alleviates.
